NEW YORK, September 20, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Today, during New York Climate Week, the creation of the UAE Independent Climate Change Accelerators (UICCA) was announced. The UICCA is an impartial, climate action entity that will bring together members of the public and private sectors, including academic institutions and non-governmental organizations (NGOs), to drive the UAE’s goal of achieving net zero by 2050. to the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP28 UAE), which is expected to take place in Dubai, the UICCA will establish an independent body that enables collaboration, collaboration and innovation.
